Spring is finally here! Well, for a corner of Everchange it's always spring, it always is, but
Dream Valley goes through all the seasons, and spring has sprung!

Ponies everywhere are celebrating it in various ways. How does your pony celebrate it?

Ash tended to stay to himself, so he hadn’t really noticed any differences with the other ponies around. He didn’t see the signs of the others in Dream Valley, as they hustled and bustled throughout the town. No, he was too busy with his own thing. Ash knew Spring was coming, and that meant that the flowers of his garden will soon be coming out of their ‘hibernation’ from Winter and blooming for the arrival of Spring – a batch of hellebore already showing off their stunning flowers. He knew the others wouldn’t happen immediately, but he couldn’t help but be a little impatient as he walked by his rows of planters. One after another, Ash checks on his plants. From his snapdragons to foxgloves, his lilies of the valley to hyacinth, he was pleased to see the progress of his strawberries that were going on their second year of producing fruit and that the snowdrops were also opening up and revealing their flowers – much like the hellebore. Then there was the bluebonnets, Siberian squill, and delphiniums that he checked on meticulously. Ash knew his neighbors could see him every day as he tended his garden, but he never really knew what they thought of him as he did. For all he knew, they could think he was a bit odd for worrying about his flowers in the upcoming Spring, instead of other more important tasks like cleaning for an example. In his heart, making sure his plants were thriving was important as he gave each flower bud a little boop with his nose- finishing off his inspection with his favorite bleeding heart flower, and giving them some water.

Ah! There are hares everywhere, and they're... dropping colored eggs around Dream Valley? Seems
like Spira wants to have an egg hunt and has asked the local population to help! Describe an
experience finding one of these colorful eggs!

Frilly Glider was almost home from doing a bit of shopping. Well, he actually just had a sweet tooth and went out to get some candy, which he had ate on the way home.

Skipping his way toward the store was pretty normal, though… he could have sworn he saw a hare in a flower bed. Honestly, that wasn’t really too odd to see. It could have been another pony’s pet just having a little treat in the garden, so Frilly didn’t really think too much about it besides swooning over how adorable the little bunny was. Then, he sees another one hop out from a traffic cone that had fallen over for whatever reason. It was a little weirder, but hares are curious things after all. So preoccupied with the little hopping balls of fluff, he didn’t even spot any of the eggs that were also lying where he found the animals – no matter how brightly colored they were. By the time he reached the store, Frilly was certain he counted seeing either seven or eight hares along the way. He lost track of how many he saw on the way back home. Part of him wondered if someone’s bunny coop got a hole in it, and all these hares escaped from it… not that he’s complaining too much, the bunnies are cute. But, he couldn’t imagine how stressed out their owner might be feeling right now if that was the case. He even tried asking other ponies on the street about them, but most either haven’t seen any of the hares or didn’t have any clue why they were around. A little disappointed at the results of his questioning, but he couldn’t really do anything but just return home. On the way home, it seemed like he saw even more hares than before. There was even a point that he got distracted by the buns, and started to follow them to see where they were going, or even try to catch one for himself… or Babbling Brook. She would love one! Unfortunately, they would bolt before he could.

Eventually, Frilly did manage to make it home, turning from the sidewalk to walk through the gate. After taking just a few steps, he stops and blinks in confusion at seeing something bright in a bush. … Is that an egg?! Huh… interesting. Picking it up, he carries it inside the house.
