The air is crisp and cold in Dream Valley and Winter's Breath, ripping through homes and clothes with a brutal frost. Wynter, the Alicorn of Winter, takes her dedicated months with pride, reminding Everchange of her prowess with a flick of a hoof. Spring Rain, Summer's Touch, and Fall's Harvest also feel colder than usual as the winter domain shifts into power, although Summer's Touch remains the most welcoming to those fleeing the cold winter's touch.
Regardless of the opinions of ponies experiencing the dramatic weather change, winter is still a season where towns decorate themselves for the following holidays and distribute gifts to their loved ones. Plushies remain the most popular, gifted to ponies of all ages in a show of good faith and jolly wishes. It's time again, despite the bitter cold, to spread the warmth of the holiday season to family, friends, and new acquaintances.
How to Play:
- Come grab one of the files linked above! Some customers even have made other breeds on the plushie lines, so ask on the Discord for those or make your own!
- Color the file, using the do and don't list below to see what you can and can't do.
- Use the form below to log plushies you have or someone gave you! Don't add sections not on the form.
- Plushies may have mutations and hybrid edits, but all conversions will stay unmutated and unhybrided (that isn't a word, but you get the picture.)
- Colorists will use the plushies as inspiration. The pony you receive will look like them, but they can have different breeds, adjusted colors, varying edits, etc. They can also add or remove things on the plushie. If you don't want to let staff do as they want with the plushie then don't enter them.
- When you color a plushie you can give them out! It's up to you how you do them, but you cannot sell plushies for any currency. A user can give away as many plushies as they want and to whoever they want, regardless if they've given them several already.
- Likewise, you can color yourself plushies!
- Everyone can win up to 3 conversions. Any plushies not converted you can hold onto and use as references.
- This is entirely CC, with staff deciding how they will pick slots (some might RNG, some might only pick what they directly want, etc, etc)
- You may enter any plushie you received from a previous CYO event, hosted by Everchange! Please understand that any mutated or hybrid plushies will be normal ponies when converted. Don't enter them if this isn't what you're looking for!
- This is a Pay What You Want event. You still need to send credits to your artist. Do so once your conversion has been dropped!
Do
- Color the plushie!
- Use the breeds provided for you OR edit to fit a breed we have OR use someone else's breed edit (if they offer it!)!
- Give out plushies to friends!
- Edit the base! Reminder; we can convert clothing edits, but any mutations or hybrid traits will not carry over!
- Use the #cyo-chatter and #cyo-giftlog channels on Discord!
- Use the form below!
- Host your own plushies!
- Color a cosplay-inspired plushie with the understanding it's a semi and probably won't end up like your cosplay intention.
- Print the lines, color, and take a picture of your plushie if that's the only way you can color!
- Pay your colorists!
Don't
- Expect an Alicorn/Awakened, hybrid, or mutant. You won't get one.
- Use a different plushie base/base not provided by the shop.
- Delete staff notes or move converted plushies from the conversion folder.
- Expect us to follow the plushie 100%. This is an extremely CC event. If you don't want that chance do not enter.
- Whine, harass, pressure, or prod for conversion or plushie.
- Forget to pay your colorist. We will remind you once and then, if still not adhered to, will have to stop you from participating further.
