It seems like a couple of winter looking dragons have stumbled their way around Everchange. While one already has a home it appears that his sibling is still looking for a place to call home. Perhaps they'll decide to join you. As a note you are free to not have them be Boreas' sibling but I would love sibling plots if you do decide to keep them siblings.
