History: Coming from an unconventionally large Ghoulie family, Chai Latte grew up surrounded by siblings, cousins, and extended family and was nurtured to get creative and work to make her dreams come true. Unlike her favorite cousins, Strawberry Milk and Watermelon Sugar, Chai's heart settled away from the food and drink making and right into the fast pace world of journalism. Her naturally curious nature and love of chatting made her a perfect fit for face-to-face interviews, and though it wasn't always easy to get someone to talk to her, Chai gradually solidified herself as a journalist for all ponies that would never let herself be bought out.
As her love of journalism flourished through the years, Chai eventually found herself being drawn to the foodie side of Everchange's culture and eagerly tapped into the story goldmine with her own family. Soon, most of her articles had some kind of tea, snack, or treat picture alongside it, with the occasional opinion sprinkled about. Her dream is to one day travel and interview the greatest chefs that Everchange has to offer and show her followers what it's like in all corners of the world.

History: Born into a unconventionally large Ghoulie family, Watermelon Sugar grew up surrounded by siblings, cousins, and extended family and was nurtured to shoot for the stars and never stop trying to take a big chunk out of life. Taking a note from one of his favorite cousins, Strawberry Milk, Melon decided to start creating his own tasty treats and offer them to the family. His first... Dozen or so ideas didn't take off as well as he had hoped. (Seriously. A siracha and onion smoothie? Chocolate dipped olives? What was he thinking?) However, after a happy accident involving a batch of homemade peach yogurt he'd forgotten in the freezer, his family was relieved that he'd finally discovered his talent... Frozen treats!
Now, starting in late spring, Watermelon Sugar opens his ice cream cart for all who are looking for a respite from the summer heat. His recipes, while some are a bit creative, are a hit with ponies from all walks of life and he aims to increase his menu to include more milk-alternatives soon.

History: Photon doesn't remember anything about the family he had before he received his necklace and, frankly, isn't entirely sure they ever existed to begin with.
