Max nodded in reply to what Oliver said. Especially since the little Aron was still so new to him, Max really needed to make sure to get to know it better. Magnus and Morgana were drama queens when it came to injuries, Morgana especially, so he had no issues thus far. But this little bruiser...
Oh, that would be a cute name! Grinning to himself, he would hop a few steps closer to Oliver so they could start on their journey again. Fingers laced behind his head as he walked, lips forming to start a little whistle. One of the few sounds he could actually make.
A few feet more, and suddenly Oliver would shift to the side. Max's eyes widened as he lurched forward to try to help the other, only to realize he had caught himself before he could slide far. Max let out a small wheeze and extended a hand, his other gently pushing Mothra back to make sure they didn't slip down too.
"You sure?" he signed one handed, leaning over to check too. "At least your shins don't look like mine," he continued, before sticking his tongue out at Oliver. His hand was extended again to help Oliver up.
