When you're ready to turn in training, do so in this thread! There are forms for each sort of turn in below. Please use them.

You may do multiple turn-ins per post, but please only turn in one pokémon per post. This means you may raise a pokémon's rank and happiness in the same post, but not two mons' ranks. Thank you for your understanding!

Note: we will not regen your character sheets for you, so when you've ranked up a pokémon, don't forget to update their sheets/information/prefills with new stats! If a mod emojis your post, it's been/being processed!

Please remember - you may only turn in training for pokémon equal to or less than your trainer's rank. You may not train higher ranked pokémon. The only exception is rehabilitation, which can be done for any rank.

When ranking into a new rank, you get these bonus points to distribute; list only the points you want to increase, i.e "Strength +1" or "Allure +2":

Rank - Attribute points / Social points / Skill points / Maximum skill level

Beginner - 2 / 2 / 4 / 2
Amateur - 2 / 2 / 3 / 3
Ace - 2 / 2 / 2 / 4

[b]Stat Allocation:[/b] first, find your pokemon in the pokedex in documents and make note of its base stats. you do not need to pay for these stats - they come with the pokemon! note that all socials start at 1 - you don't pay for those single points either. then, distribute the appropriate number of stats based on rank - check your pokemon's registry to see their maximum for attributes, indicated by a X marker. please list ALL attributes and socials, even if you're leaving them at minimum. You CAN list only skills that you're giving points to - all others will be set to 0.

note: for powerwell rehabilitation, make sure to use the base stats of the powerwelled species, not the original species!

[b]New Moves:[/b] list ALL your moves, indicating which ones you want to replace/keep. regular pokemon can learn any move listed on their dex for their current rank. standard and greater fusions can learn any move from their base and their fusion. you cannot learn moves from a previous evolution; if you delete a move that is from a previous evo, it's gone forever! mons can only learn 4 moves unless they've been given a special item. example move list:

Growl: keeping
Tackle: replacing with Body Slam
Empty slot: replacing with Ember
Empty slot: replacing with Sing
